Group Support Sessions
8 Week, Grief Recovery Method® Support Group*
Private Sessions
7 Week online Grief Recovery Method® Program* delivered via Zoom, scheduled by appointment (in-person sessions may be possible)
Arrangements for private sessions are made according to mutually agreeable times.
Support group offerings are based on interest and demand.
Support groups are not drop-in sessions. In order to ensure the safety and success for all participants, it is vital that you are able to commit to attending all scheduled sessions.
*The minimum number of participants for the Grief Recovery Method® Support Group is 6. If the minimum is not met 7 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the group, the group will be canceled and the registration fee will be refunded.

Helping Children With Loss Support Group*
4 Week Group Program designed for parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, coaches, youth workers interact with children and youths who have had a significant loss, whether it be due to a death in the family, divorce, the loss of a pet or a move or have been the subject of bullying.
Pet Loss Support Group*
6 Week Support Group Program – a specific program designed for those who have experienced the loss of a beloved pet.
* The minimum number if participants for either the Helping Children With Loss Support Group or the Pet Loss Support Group is 6. Groups will be held periodically based on interest expressed.
